A suite of template ads helped TIAA cost-effectively manage a high volume of quick-turn advertising requests to recognize contributions of TIAA clients, leadership and communities. Creative supported messages for the arts, education, healthcare and nonprofit segments, allowing for limited customization and reflecting the firm’s evolved brand.

These ad concepts promoted TIAA’s commitment to inclusion, diversity and equity for employees, clients and communities. While designs ranged from traditional to conceptual, messaging remained true to TIAA's purpose.

Using messages with strong local flavor, these ads aided awareness on campus to engage employees. Messages showed how choosing the right financial partner could improve their personal futures.

These ads supported overall brand awareness by aligning business ads with The Harford's national "possibilities" campaign. The copy juxtaposed home and auto mishaps with the benefits offered through Insurance-at-Work.
